Our lower size power tiller cultivator machine has such characteristics as:
1. Adopt central position low box high strength geaxbox body, eight modulus gear transmission; suitable for 40-80hp tractors;
2. The angle between cardan shaft and water level is about 10 degree, effectively improve the transmission efficiency, reduce the damage of transmission shaft;
3. Cutter shaft is made of 80 diameter thickened seamless steel pipe;
4. 65Mn IT245 type tilling cutters to ensure stronge soil breakage ability;
5. By changing different ratios to achieve various tilling rotating speed;
6. The whole suspension adopts Longmen suspension, with balanced stress, good stiffness, high strength;
